Fluent Minds Educational Services

By booking or participating in services provided by Fluent Minds Educational Services (“Fluent Minds,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Fluent Minds Educational Services provides virtual academic tutoring and related educational support services. Sessions are conducted online and may include personalized instruction, digital resources, and progress updates.
Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to learners of all ages. Students under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Clients agree to provide accurate and current information when booking services.
3. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked through our official scheduling system.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee due to reserved tutor time.
Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in suspension of services.
5. Code of Conduct
Clients agree to maintain respectful communication and behavior during all sessions.
Fluent Minds reserves the right to terminate services if conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.
6. Tutor Engagement Policy
To protect the integrity of our services:
• Clients may not arrange private tutoring directly with Fluent Minds tutors outside of our official booking system.
• Clients may not offer direct payments, gifts, or incentives to tutors.
• Tutor contact information may not be requested or shared for private arrangements.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
7. Technology & Platform Use
Sessions are conducted via approved online platforms. Fluent Minds is not responsible for internet outages, technical failures, or third-party platform issues beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate technology and internet access.
8. Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, resources, and content provided by Fluent Minds are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
9. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide structured and professional academic support, Fluent Minds does not guarantee specific grades, academic outcomes, or results. Student progress depends on participation, consistency, and external academic factors.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluent Minds Educational Services, operated by Keren Argueta, shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the 30 days preceding any claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if participation compromises the safety or integrity of our learning environment.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
