Keren Christian
Founder & Director
Keren is an educator and Tyndale University alumna with over 10 years of experience in the education system. She holds credentials in Early Childhood Education, Educational Support, Early Childhood Leadership, and a Bachelor of Education degree.
Keren has worked across both English and French school boards and currently serves as a French Immersion teacher with the Peel District School Board. As a trilingual educator (English, French, and Spanish), she brings a deep understanding of language development, diverse learning needs, and differentiated instruction.
Recognizing growing academic gaps following the COVID-19 pandemic and increasing classroom demands, Keren founded Fluent Minds Educational Services to provide structured, personalized support beyond the traditional classroom setting. Her approach emphasizes one-on-one instruction, skill development, and confidence-building strategies tailored to each learner.
Through Fluent Minds, Keren is committed to expanding access to high-quality academic support while building a team of dedicated educators focused on student growth and long-term success.
Susan Argueta
Administrative Coordinator
Susan manages client communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations at Fluent Minds Educational Services. As a nurse currently pursuing her Child and Youth Care diploma, she brings a strong understanding of supporting children and families. Her attention to detail, organization, and caring approach help ensure that every family feels welcomed, supported, and informed throughout their tutoring journey.
Levi Christian
Program Assistant
Levi supports tutoring sessions and educational programs at Fluent Minds Educational Services. Through his volunteer experience working with children and youth, he has developed strong leadership and mentoring skills. He enjoys helping students build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and develop a positive attitude toward learning. As a future educator, Levi is passionate about supporting students on their learning journey.
